This version only work with the devices powered by ARMv7 CPU and support of NEON technology, by the way it’ll work on Samsung Galaxy S3, HTC Desire, HTC One X, Galaxy Nexus, Nexus One and Motorola Defy. For other devices the new version will be out soon.

Update: VLC team just tweeted that the new version will be released with the support for Tegra2 and ARMv6 CPU devices.
